- EntripyShops uses UPS Standard as its courier of choice. Please visit the UPS website to estimate shipping times to your destination.
*Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

EntripyShops Return and Exchange Policy
At EntripyShops we want to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. As all products are custom decorated and made-to-order, returns and/or exchanges are not permitted. To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, please double check all details before submitting your order, including accuracy of style, size, colour, decoration design, and decoration type.
To confirm sizing, Size Guides can be found on each product page.
- Note that measurements can vary up to 1.5” due to varied production runs on apparel.
- Please consider shrinkage when measuring for products. Shrinkage on 100% cotton products and cotton-poly blend products is up to 6%, and is not accounted for in Size Guides.
Exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy may be assessed only when:
- the item is defective, or
- the item received is not what was ordered.
For both scenarios above, please contact our Client Experience team within 7 days of receiving the order at email@example.com. Please include all details and photographs, to begin the assessment process. Entripy Shops reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange. Freight will not be refunded.
